目的分析全身麻醉对人眼调节力的影响。方法收集2013年1月~12月于我院耳鼻喉科行全麻下鼻内镜手术的住院患者总共34例。分别于手术前以及手术后24h，手术后1月内对所有的病例行双眼调节力的测量。结果全麻术后24h内患者双眼调节力下降，与术前相比差异有统计学意义。术后1月调节力逐渐恢复，与术前相比差异无统计学意义。结论全身麻醉后患者眼调节力会下降，1月内逐渐恢复正常。“,”Objective Analyzing the ef ect of general anesthesia on the humaneye accommodation.Methods Thirty-four patientswith endoscopic sinus surgery under general anesthesia in the department of ENT from January 2013 to December 2013 were concluded.The accommodation of both eyes were examined before,in 24 hours and in one month after general anesthesia.Results The accommodation range of both eyes declined in twenty-four hours after general anesthesia.There were significant dif erences between the eye accommodation range ( 0.05).Conclusion The eye accommodation declinedaftergeneral anesthesia and would recover gradual y in one month later.
