目的了解贵州省省、地、县级结核病防治机构人力资源现状。方法于2007年9—10月采用问卷调查法,对全省各级结防机构的专业技术人员进行调查。结果贵州省各级结防机构专业人员的性别年龄结构合理,但是人力资源数量不足,结防专业人员与服务人口比为1∶68 636,人均岗位数1.6,21.1%的人员承担3个岗位的工作。高学历高职称人员比例低,大学本科以上学历占16.8%,高级职称人员比例为3.5%。省级和地级岗位受训率较高,县级岗位受训率为73.9%,不同岗位培训情况有差别。县级机构聘用人员占7.6%。结论贵州省各级结核病防治机构人力资源在数量和质量方面均匮乏,需加大结防工作的人财投入,稳定壮大各级防痨队伍,确保结防工作质量。
Objective To understand the status quo of human resources in TB prefecture-level prevention and treatment institutions in Guizhou Province. Methods From September to October 2007, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the professional and technical personnel of the prevention and control agencies at all levels in the province. Results The age structure of professional staff of prevention and treatment institutions at all levels in Guizhou Province was reasonable, but the number of human resources was insufficient. The ratio of professional staff to service population was 1:68 636, and the average number of staff with 1.6 and 21.1% jobs. The proportion of highly educated high-level titles is low, with a bachelor’s degree or above in college accounting for 16.8% and senior titles accounting for 3.5%. Provincial and prefecture-level job training rate is higher, the county-level job training rate was 73.9%, there are differences between different job training. County-level agencies employing 7.6%. Conclusion The quantity and quality of human resources in TB prevention and control institutions at all levels in Guizhou Province are both scarce. It is necessary to increase investment in human resources for prevention and control of work-related diseases and steadily increase the level of prevention and control teams at all levels so as to ensure the quality of the work of prevention and prevention.
