少数民族学生管理工作面临的情况是复杂多变的,面临的问题是多种多样的。而如何做好多民族学生管理工作,平衡各方面的矛盾冲突,构建校园中和谐的民族关系,让各民族学生和睦相处、共同成长,已经成为学生管理工作者越来越重视的议题。通过对少数民族学生问题的深入解析,探讨针对高职院校少数民族学生的管理路径与方法。[1]
The situation faced by ethnic minority students in management is complex and changeable, and the problems they face are manifold. How to do a good job in management of ethnic students, balance the contradictions and conflicts in all aspects, build harmonious ethnic relations in the campus, and let the students in all ethnic groups live together in harmony and grow together has become an issue that students management workers pay more and more attention to. Through the in-depth analysis of minority students’ problems, this paper discusses the management ways and methods of minority students in higher vocational colleges. [1]
