“一串红”是吉林省长春市区街路、庭院绿化的主栽花卉品种。 植物组织培养的工厂化生产工序一般分为三个阶段:(1)无菌培养系的建立。(2)植物体的增殖。(3)发根驯化及移栽。1996年长春市朝阳区园林处进行了“一串红”花组织培养快速工厂化生产苗木研究,现将其生产技术介绍如下:
