蓝耳病病毒和副猪嗜血杆菌病混合感染病例的诊断与分析

广西南宁某规模化猪场近期爆发疫情,临床表现为断奶仔猪发热、喘气、腹式呼吸、关节肿大,剖检发现病猪胸腔积液,心脏呈现“绒毛心”症状以及肿大关节有黏液,通过实验室检测发现该猪场蓝耳病(PRRS)抗体水平离散度高,从病猪身上可以检测到蓝耳病病毒(PRRSV),分离的细菌经鉴定为血清5型副猪嗜血杆菌(HPs),且出现了一定程度的耐药现象。该病例是由于猪场免疫效果不理想以及断奶仔猪转群等应激因素造成的蓝耳病和副猪嗜血杆菌病混合感染,提醒猪场应注意蓝耳病的防控。 Recently, a large-scale pig farm in Nanning City, Guangxi outbreak, the clinical manifestations of weaned pigs fever, gasping, abdominal breathing, joint swelling, necropsy found pig pleural effusion, the heart showed “villus heart” symptoms and swollen joints There was mucus, and the PRRS antibody level of the pig was detected by laboratory tests.
