在全球第五次并购浪潮推动下,伴随着世界产业结构的调整和转移,中国越来越成为亚洲乃至全球外资流入最为活跃的市场。同时,外资进入中国的方式也突破了合资或独资新设企业为主的模式,兼并收购逐渐开始成为新的热点。本文分析了外资并购对中国汽车工业的影响。在此基础上,提出了积极应对汽车行业外资并购的若干对策。
Driven by the fifth wave of global mergers and acquisitions, with the adjustment and transfer of the industrial structure in the world, China is increasingly becoming the most active market for foreign capital inflows in Asia and the world. At the same time, foreign investment in China also broke through the mode of joint ventures or wholly-owned newly established enterprises. M & A gradually began to become a new hot spot. This article analyzes the impact of foreign M & A on China’s auto industry. On this basis, a number of countermeasures against foreign capital mergers and acquisitions in the automotive industry are proposed.
