1972年我们和同济大学等单位,结合工程需要,开始了简易诱导器的研制工作。在上海市工业设备安装公司通风队等单位的大力协助下,经过两年的努力,初步研制出立式和卧式两种类型的简易诱导器,性能指标基本达到了预期要求。一、简易诱导器要求的性能指标。一次风量:200～250米~3/小时。诱导比:2:1～4:1(指二次风量与一次风量之比)诱导器阻力:希望小于50毫米水柱。外形尺寸:根据地下建筑的特点,外形尺寸应尽可能小,要求在相同的一次风量和诱导比时,外形尺寸(特别是平面占地尺寸)比目前常用的诱导器显著缩小。噪声:要求A档计权网络不大于55分
In 1972, we and Tongji University and other units, combined with the needs of the project, began the development of a simple inducer. With the help of the Shanghai Industrial Equipment Installation Company’s ventilation team and other units, after two years of efforts, two kinds of vertical and horizontal simple inducers were initially developed, and the performance indicators basically met the expected requirements.
