本文对72个热穿孔顶头的使用寿命进行了生产性考核,统计了顶头各种失效形式所占的比例,其中纵向开裂和顶尖磨损塌陷是失效的主要形式。分析了影响顶头使用寿命的各种因素。在这批失效顶头中选取三个典型进行了宏观及微观分析,找到了顶头失效的主要原因是热疲劳开裂,一般属于脆性的沿晶断裂。而热磨损、塑性流变和塌陷是开裂的前导。最后,提出了改进措施,使使用寿命提高了一倍。
In this paper, the productive performance of 72 hot piercing plugs was evaluated and the proportions of the various failure modes of the plugs were counted. Among them, longitudinal cracking and top wear collapse were the main forms of failure. The factors that affect head life are analyzed. Three typical macroscopic and microscopic analyzes of the failure heads were carried out. The main reason for the failure of the heads was found to be thermal fatigue cracking, which usually belongs to brittle intergranular fracture. Thermal wear, plastic rheology and collapse are the precursors of cracking. Finally, proposed improvements to double the useful life.
