研究了Fe-Ni-Cu-Mo-C系粉末烧结钢中碳和镍分布的不均匀性对下贝氏体组织形貌和分布的影响。结果表明,孔洞及晶界处出现的贫碳区促进下贝氏体组织在其附近优先形成,镍能够抑制下贝氏体针的形核和长大,碳以镍包石墨形式加入比以石墨粉形式加入获得的下贝氏体针分布更为均匀,数量更多。
The effects of the distribution of carbon and nickel in the Fe-Ni-Cu-Mo-C sintered powder on the morphology and distribution of the lower bainite were investigated. The results show that the bainite structure is preferentially formed in the vicinity of the holes and grain boundaries by the lean carbon zone. Nickel can inhibit the nucleation and growth of the lower bainite. Lower bainite needle obtained by adding powder form distribution more uniform, the number more.
