中共中央《建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系实施纲要》(以下简称《实施纲要》)颁布以来,兵团各级党委(党组)和纪检监察机关紧紧围绕“发展壮大兵团,致富职工群众”的工作目标,按照“为民、务实、清廉”的要求,认真学习领会,切实加强领导,完善体制机制,狠抓关键环节,初步建立了具有兵团特色的惩治和预防腐败体系的工作格局和运行机制,推动了党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的深入开展,为更好地履行屯垦戍边历史使命提供了服务和保障。
