由维生素K(VK,下同)缺乏致婴儿颅内出血,临床并不少见,但仅近几年才被重视,本病病势凶险,病死率高而又容易误诊,值得临床注意以下报告我们经治的3例。例1 王婴,男,40天,住院号38234,1982年1月14日入院,患儿急起发热、萎靡嗜睡3天,一天前注射青、链霉素一次后注射部位出血不止,继而有喷射样呕吐,频繁抽风。患儿为足月顺产母乳喂养儿,无外伤及用药史。
