在磷改性双功能催化剂(C301/P-γ-Al2O3)和溶剂液体石蜡形成的浆态床反应器中研究了合成气一步法制二甲醚的催化反应影响因素和工艺条件。结果表明:反应温度、压力、空速及合成气中的CO2含量对合成二甲醚反应均有较大影响,在液体石蜡150mL、催化剂用量为溶剂质量的7.3%、氢碳比=2、T=270℃、P=4.3 MPa、空速为600mL/(h.gcat)时,CO的单程转化率可以达到93%以上,二甲醚选择性大于60%;原料气中少量CO2的存在可以提高二甲醚收率。
The influencing factors and technological conditions of one-step synthesis of DME from syngas were investigated in a slurry reactor with phosphorus-modified bifunctional catalyst (C301 / P-γ-Al2O3) and solvent liquid paraffin. The results showed that the reaction temperature, pressure, space velocity and the content of CO2 in syngas all had a great influence on the synthesis of DME. The optimum conditions for the synthesis of dimethyl ether were as follows: liquid paraffin 150mL, catalyst amount 7.3% of the solvent mass, = 270 ℃, P = 4.3 MPa, space velocity 600mL / (h.gcat), the single pass conversion rate of CO can reach more than 93% and the DME selectivity is more than 60%; the presence of a small amount of CO2 in the feed gas can be increased Dimethyl ether yield.
