本试验的目的是用同位素示踪技术,研究作为基肥施用的硫铵和碳铵在成熟油菜各器官中的分配,以及添加氮肥增效剂 ASU 对氮肥分配和利用的影响,试验于1982—1986年在浙江农业大学以盆栽、框栽和田间微区三种方式进行。供试作物为油菜“480”(1982—1984年)和“九二-13系”(1985—1986年)。供试土壤为粉砂质壤土。肥料为~(15)N 标记的硫铵和碳铵,用量按8000株/亩计算,每株施硫铵3.1g(折合25kg/亩),碳铵3.75g(30kg/亩)或5.63g(45kg/亩),过磷酸钙3.1g(25kg/亩),硫酸钾或氯化钾1.87g(15kg/亩)。盆栽试验采用基肥深施加土复盖,框栽试验为沟施加土复盖,田间试验为穴施加土复盖。
The purpose of this experiment is to use isotope tracing techniques to study the distribution of ammonium sulfate and ammonium bicarbonate applied in various organs of mature rape as basal fertilizer and the effect of adding nitrogenous fertilizer synergist ASU on the distribution and utilization of nitrogen fertilizer. The experiment was conducted in 1982-1986 In Zhejiang Agricultural University in potted, framed and field micro-three ways. The tested crops were “480” (1982-1984) and “92 -13” (1985-1986). The test soil is silty loam. Fertilizer is ~ (15) N labeled ammonium and ammonium bicarbonate, the amount of 8000 plant / acre calculated per plant ammonium sulfate 3.1g (equivalent to 25kg / acre), ammonium bicarbonate 3.75g (30kg / acre) or 5.63g 45 kg / mu), superphosphate 3.1 g (25 kg / acre), potassium sulfate or potassium chloride 1.87 g (15 kg / acre). The pot experiment was carried out with basal fertilizer applied with deep soil cover, the box planting test with furrow applied with soil cover, and the field test with hole applied with soil cover.
