2014年番禺区登革热流行特征分析

目的通过对2014年广州市番禺区登革热暴发疫情流行特征和流行因素的研究,重点分析该区登革热疫情的现状及暴发的原因,为今后做好登革热的防控工作,提出具有针对性的登革热防控策略。方法运用描述性流行病学方法,对2014年番禺区登革热暴发疫情的时间、空间、人群分布等特征进行统计分析。结果广州市番禺区2014年报告登革热输入性病例3例,本地感染病例3540例,其中临床诊断病例2388例,实验室确诊病例1152例,累计发病率为3.49/10万,无死亡病例,疫情涉及16个镇街;全年本地发病高峰为9~10月,占总病例数92.29%;全区病例以洛浦街和南村镇为主,男女发病比为1∶1.05,发病年龄主要集中在20~50岁,职业高发人群为家务及待业、商业服务、学生为主,占总病例数48.87%。结论广州市番禺区存在登革热流行的基本条件,疫情存在着明显的季节性、地方性,人群对登革热普遍易感等特征,应从环境整治、蚊媒与气象监测、早期诊断与隔离、健康教育、科学研究等多方面入手。各级政府要高度重视登革热防控工作,卫生、爱卫、建设、教育等部门联防联控,同时加强对各部门的工作监督,建立登革热的综合防控体系。 Objective To study the epidemiological and epidemic factors of Dengue outbreak in Panyu District of Guangzhou in 2014, and to analyze the current situation of dengue fever and the causes of the outbreak in this area. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the characteristics of the time, space and population distribution of outbreaks of dengue fever in Panyu District in 2014. Results In 2014, Panyu District of Guangzhou reported 3 cases of imported dengue fever and 3540 cases of local infection, of which 2388 cases were clinically diagnosed and 1152 cases were laboratory confirmed, with a cumulative incidence of 3.49 / 100 000 without any deaths. The epidemic involved 16 towns and townships; the annual peak incidence of local 9 to 10 months, accounting for 92.29% of the total number of cases; the district cases to Los Street and South Village, male to female incidence ratio was 1: 1.05, the age of onset mainly concentrated in 20 ~ 50 years old, occupationally high incidence of people for household and unemployed, business services, students, accounting for 48.87% of the total number of cases. Conclusion The epidemic situation of dengue fever in Panyu District of Guangzhou City is characterized by seasonal, endemic and general population susceptibility to dengue fever. Environmental monitoring, mosquito meteorological and meteorological monitoring, early diagnosis and isolation, health education, Scientific research and other aspects to start. Governments at all levels should attach great importance to the prevention and control of dengue fever, health, love guard, construction, education and other departments of joint prevention and control, while strengthening the supervision of various departments, the establishment of a comprehensive prevention and control system Dengue.
