沼气作为一种清洁的、可再生的生物质能源,已经得到广泛关注和利用[1-3]。生物质转化沼气的生物过程、沼气发酵体系的菌群结构、耐低温的优势菌群等已成为该领域的研究热点。本刊于2013年第9期刊登了孔维涛、王占武等的论文“低温沼气发酵优良菌系筛选及优势菌群分析”[4]。作者以河北不同纬度地区的沼泥为样本,通过梯度降温发酵试验筛选出耐低温菌系。然后采用分子生态学方法比较分析了沼泥中微生物菌群结构的变化,发现了耐低温沼气优势微生物主要分布在甲烷八叠球菌属、甲烷鬃毛菌属和甲烷粒
As a clean and renewable biomass energy, biogas has been widely used and utilized [1-3]. Biomass biogas conversion biogas, biogas fermentation system flora, low temperature resistant flora has become a hot research field in this area. This issue in 2013 No. 9 published Kong Weitao, Wang Zhanwu and other papers “low-temperature biogas fermentation superior bacteria screening and dominant flora ” [4]. In this paper, the samples of marsh sludge from different latitudes in Hebei Province were selected and the low temperature-resistant bacterial strains were screened out by gradient-temperature fermentation test. Then the molecular ecology method was used to analyze the changes of microbial flora in the marsh sludge.
