该文是1987年受河北省冶金厅,省金属学会委托,对唐山市四个县群采情况及发展问题搞个调查。根据调查研究对唐山市关于铁矿资源对生产建设保证程度。关于统筹规划,采选配套、保征群采稳定发展问题。关于技术培训和技术服务问题提出了若干意见。
This article was commissioned by the Metallurgical Department of Hebei Province in 1987, Provincial Institute of Metallurgy commissioned to investigate the situation and development of mass production in four counties in Tangshan. Several opinions were raised on technical training and technical services.
