选用稀土金属Y对焙烧镁铝水滑石催化剂进行掺杂改性,运用BET、CO_2-TPD等分析手段对系列催化剂进行分析,并以丙酮缩合制异佛尔酮为探针反应,考察Y的掺杂改性对催化剂的催化性能的影响。研究结果表明:稀土金属Y作为焙烧镁铝水滑石催化剂的助剂,能够使焙烧镁铝水滑石催化剂的强碱中心得以充分暴露,强碱性活性位增多,固体碱的介孔孔径增大,孔容增加,从而使丙酮气相分子能够与催化剂活性中心充分接触,提升了催化剂的催化性能。
The rare earth metal Y was used to modify the calcined Mg-Al-hydrotalcite catalyst. The catalysts were analyzed by BET, CO_2-TPD and other analytical methods. The isomerization reaction of acetone with isophorone was investigated. Effect of miscibility on the catalytic performance of catalysts. The results show that the rare earth metal Y as a promoter for the calcined Mg-Al hydrotalcite catalyst can fully expose the strong alkali center of the calcined Mg-Al hydrotalcite catalyst, increase the strong basicity active sites, increase the mesopore diameter of the solid alkali, Pore volume increased, so that the acetone gas phase molecules can fully contact with the active site of the catalyst to enhance the catalytic performance of the catalyst.
