当前,我国刑释解教人员重新犯罪现象比较普遍,重新犯罪率相当高,并且犯罪人重新犯罪所表现的主观恶性和客观危害性都远远大于初次犯罪,因此,加强预防重新犯罪的对策研究具有十分重要的现实意义。预防重新犯罪是全社会的系统工程,需要从家庭、社会、个人尤其是法制方面入手,找到预防重新犯罪的对策,开展社会综合预防。
