将120名(男54,女66)7~8岁儿童随机等分为性别组成一致的三组,以随机双盲法进行三种为期70天的补锌治疗试验:锌20mg(Z)、锌20mg+微量营养素(ZM)、微量营养素(M,对照组)。治疗试验0、6、10周测膝高(KH),试验前后测身高、体重、上臂围(AC)、三头肌皮褶厚度(TS)和血红蛋白(Hb)。结果表明,同时补充锌和微量营养素能显著提高受试儿童KH、上臂肌围(AMC)、上臂肌面积(MA)和Hb值增长,单纯补锌促进作用较弱。补锌儿童体重增加也高于对照组,但身高与对照组无差别。提示:参试部分儿童中存在着不同程度的锌缺乏,并因此使生长发育受到损伤。
A total of 120 (male 54, female 66) children aged 7-8 years were randomly divided into three groups with the same sex composition. Three randomized, double-blind, three-phase zinc supplementation trials were performed for 70 days: zinc 20 mg 20 mg + micronutrients (ZM), micronutrients (M, control group). Knee height (KH) was measured at 0, 6 and 10 weeks after treatment. Height, weight, upper arm circumference (AC), triceps skin fold thickness (TS) and hemoglobin (Hb) were measured. The results showed that supplementation of zinc and micronutrients at the same time significantly increased the KH, AMC, MA and Hb values of the children under study. Zinc supplementation in children was also higher than the control group weight gain, but no difference in height and control group. Tip: There is varying degrees of zinc deficiency in the participating children and, as a result, growth and development are impaired.
