目的:分析超声引导下人流清宫手术的临床应用。方法:回顾性分析2350例超声引导下人流清宫手术及其分析。结果:2350例手术成功率99.66%,手术失败率0.34%,高危疑难病例56例(2.3%),其中瘢痕子宫并瘢痕处妊娠2例,1例手术中大出血,处理及时避免了危险性。结论:超声引导下人流清宫术避免了手术者操作的盲目性和手术中并发症及医疗事故发生的可能性,提高了手术成功率和降低了手术难度。
Objective: To analyze the clinical application of ultrasound-guided abortion. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 2350 cases under the guidance of ultrasound guided abortion and analysis. Results: The success rate of operation in 2350 cases was 99.66%, the failure rate was 0.34%, and 56 cases (2.3%) were high risk and difficult cases. Among them, 2 cases were scar pregnancy and 2 cases were hypertrophied. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided abortion does not obstruct the blindness of operation and complications during operation and the possibility of medical accidents, thus improving the success rate of operation and reducing the difficulty of operation.
