工程项目总承包指从事工程总承包的相关企业受业主的委托,对工程项目的实施全过程或者部分阶段的勘察、设计、采购、施工等环节的承包过程。在港口工程建设中工程质量不仅关系到国家建设资金的有效利用,而且关系到港口促进地方经济发展作用的发挥。因此,如何提高管理水平、改善管理模式,对施工企业乃至国民经济的发展来说,都有着重要的作用和意义。基于此,文章就港口工程总承包项目的施工质量管理进行分析。
General contracting of projects refers to the entrustment of the relevant enterprises engaged in the general contracting of projects by the owners, and the contracting process for the survey, design, procurement and construction of the entire project or part of the phases of the project. The quality of the project in the port construction not only concerns the effective utilization of national construction funds, but also affects the port’s role of promoting the development of local economy. Therefore, how to improve the management level and improve the management mode all play an important role and significance for the development of construction enterprises and even the national economy. Based on this, the article analyzes the construction quality management of the port general contract project.
