心阻抗图(简称 ICG)的实验和临床研究有了较大的发展,我国近年来也开展了对该法的研究探讨工作。水文就其基础理论和临床应用作一简述。一.理论基础50年代初 Nyboer 推导出电阻抗和容积之间的关系式,奠定了使用电阻抗图来反映体内容积变化的理论基础。理论上已证明,利用电阻抗图可反映体内血管的容积变化,其一阶导数图(简称微分波)则可以代表血管容积变化的速率,从而可以代表通过血管横截面的瞬时流量变化情况。
Experimental and clinical studies of cardiac impedance map (referred to as ICG for short) have been greatly developed. In recent years, China has also carried out research on this law. Theoretical Basis Nyboer deduced the relationship between electrical impedance and volume in the early 1950s and laid the foundations for the use of electrical impedance spectroscopy to reflect changes in volume in the body. It has been theoretically proved that the use of electrical impedance spectroscopy can reflect changes in the volume of blood vessels in the body. The first derivative (referred to as differential wave) can represent the rate of change of the blood vessel volume and thus can represent the instantaneous flow rate change through the blood vessel cross section.
