关于预激综合征的起源,现在还没有统一的观点,先天性心脏病预激综合征手术治疗的经验,认为是遗传性的。但是预激综合征在成年时出现,和先天性起源是相矛盾的。作者分析了许多年的预激综合征200例(女性115例,男性85例),年龄16～80岁。其中Wolff-Parkinson-White综合征53例,Klerk-Levi-Kritesk综合征159例(12例有两种综合征)。心律失常类型:阵发性室上性心动过速149例,阵发性房颤27
About the origin of Wolff-Parkinson’s syndrome, there is no unified point of view, the experience of surgical treatment of congenital heart Wladyslaw syndrome, that is hereditary.
