教学是教师的教和学生的学所组成的共同活动,教师的教对于学生来说,又居于主导地位。因此,我认为教师一定要仔细琢磨,深入钻研,做到胸中有书。那么,如何调高教学效率,与课堂教学有着密切的关系。课堂组织是课堂教学的重要组成部分,应该贯穿于课堂教学的始终,成功的课堂教学组织会使教学活动收到事半功倍的效果。我在教学实践中总结出以下几种优化课堂组织教学的方法。
Teaching is the common activity of teachers ’teaching and student’s learning. Teachers’ teaching is also dominant for students. Therefore, I think teachers must carefully pondering, in-depth study, so that there is a book in the chest. So, how to improve teaching efficiency, and classroom teaching has a close relationship. Classroom organization is an important part of classroom teaching. It should run through classroom teaching from beginning to end. Successful classroom teaching organizations will make teaching activities more effective. I summarize in the teaching practice the following several ways to optimize classroom teaching.
