一、引言混凝土坝等水工建筑物库满时的抗震动力模型试验和轻型混凝土结构的泄流振动模型试验,长期来缺乏合适的模型材料。为了解决这一问题,获得这类动力模型试验研究迫切需要的耐水、大容重、低弹模模型材料,我们结合生产,于七二~七三年间开展了研制新型模型材料的工作,胶乳水泥模型材料就是这期间工作取得的一个成果。几年来,胶乳水泥模型材料已在我院及一些兄弟单位的试验研究中被逐步采用,一些实际工程部门的同志也开始对它发生兴趣,可以预料它的潜力将被进一步发掘和利用。本文就胶乳水泥模型材料的原料、配方、制造工艺、特性和用途等方而作概括介绍,错误和不妥之处请批评指正。
I. INTRODUCTION The anti-vibration force model test of hydraulic structures such as concrete dams and the discharge flow vibration model test of lightweight concrete structures have long lacked suitable model materials. In order to solve this problem, we obtained such urgently required water model, bulk density, and low elasto-mold model materials for this type of dynamic model test study. In combination with production, we developed a new type of model material from July 2 to July 2003. The latex cement model Material is a result of work during this period. Over the past few years, latex cement model materials have been gradually adopted in the experimental research of our institute and some fraternal units. Some comrades in the actual engineering department have also begun to take an interest in it, and it is expected that its potential will be further explored and utilized. This article gives an overview of the raw materials, formulas, manufacturing processes, characteristics, and uses of the latex cement model materials. Please correct them for errors and inaccuracies.
