秘书是领导的参谋,在实施参谋过程中,必须摆正位置,把握角色,处理好参谋与决策之间的关系,这是做好秘书工作的前提和保证。一是定位好。秘书是参谋层,不是决策层,其自身价值和作用,只能通过为主体服务形式来体现。工作只能“参与谋”,而不能“参与断”,更不能越俎代庖,将个人意见强加于领导,干扰和阻碍领导决策。二是善于谏。秘书在参谋过程中,会遇到各种情况,有时甚至会出现建议虽然正确,因与决策者思路不同而被“丢弃”
