本文作者研究了SnO_2:ZnO薄膜在甲醇、丙酮、氨蒸气中的气敏透射光谱特性。发现在可见光区透射率随气体浓度增大而增大,而在近红外区气敏特性并不明显。与纯SnO_2薄膜比较,其气敏特性有较大的改善。
The authors studied the gas-sensing transmission spectra of SnO_2: ZnO films in methanol, acetone and ammonia vapor. It was found that the transmittance increased with the concentration of gas in the visible region, while the gas sensitivity in the near infrared region was not obvious. Compared with the pure SnO 2 film, the gas sensing properties have been greatly improved.
