目的:建立顶空气相色谱法测定砂仁中樟脑、龙脑、乙酸龙脑酯含量的方法。方法:采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法,RTX-5毛细管柱,氢火焰离子化检测器;柱温:80℃;检测器温度:260℃;进样口温度:250℃;顶空条件:炉温110℃,进样针温度120℃,传输线温度120℃,平衡时间37min,进样量0.7g。结果:此法具有良好的线性,r在0.9994~0.9997之间,RSD小于3%。结论:该方法与常规进样方法比较,结果一致,可用于中药材砂仁挥发性成分的检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of camphor, borneol, and borneol acetate in Amomum villosum by headspace gas chromatography. Methods: Headspace capillary gas chromatography, RTX-5 capillary column, hydrogen flame ionization detector; column temperature: 80°C; detector temperature: 260°C; inlet temperature: 250°C; headspace condition: furnace temperature 110 °C, injection needle temperature 120 °C, transmission line temperature 120 °C, equilibration time 37min, sample volume 0.7g. Results: This method has good linearity, r is between 0.9994 and 0.9997, RSD is less than 3%. Conclusion: Compared with the routine sampling method, this method has the same results and can be used for the detection of volatile components of Amomum villosum Lour.
