Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering Welding Society in September 1981 15-16 in Beijing held an enlarged meeting of directors. At the meeting, the meeting was briefed by the Secretariat on preparations for the Fourth National Welding Academic Conference (Xiamen Conference), preparations for the conference report, results of the essay selection and quota allocation, and preparation for the election of the council.
