In commemoration of the twentieth anniversary of the Third Plenary Session of the 10th CPC Central Committee, the Institute of Economic Research of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences held a theoretical seminar on the 20th anniversary of the reform and opening up on November 21, 1998.
