人在夜间睡眠时,身体各系统处于半休眠状态:血压下降、心率减慢、尿量减少、代谢率减低、呼吸变慢等。醒来后,机体由抑制转为兴奋,需要一个适应过程。如醒来后立即穿衣、起床,则会出现头晕、恶心、心慌,甚至四肢乏力、反应迟钝等现象。尤其对于中老年人来讲还易发生意外。人的心血管壁在清晨时最脆弱,对高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、血管狭窄患者来说,由于夜间血压下降、心跳缓慢,突然起床最容易引发意外。腰椎病患者也不要马上起床,防止因为突然改变体位而扭伤腰背部;骨质疏松的老年人应避免突然改变体位而发生骨折;前列腺炎和便秘患者,最好保证每天清晨喝2杯温开水,这样既能保持体内足够的水分,还能起到稀释尿液、清肠通便的作用。
