沈阳市邮政通信科学研究所,是一个紧密结合邮政生产,并为改变邮政通信落后面貌提供服务的企业型科研机构。科研所的前身是1965年10月成立的生产试验室,经过10几年的发展与变革,于1979年5月5日正式成立沈阳市邮政通信科学研究所。科研所现设有机械设计、电控设计、微机开发3个研究室,并有一个情报资料室、一个试制车间、一个从属于中国沈阳建设总公司的邮政工程分公司,共有工程技术人员64人。
Shenyang Institute of Posts and Telecommunications, is a closely integrated with the postal production, and to change the backward outlook postal service to provide enterprise-type scientific research institutions. The predecessor of the research institute was the production laboratory set up in October 1965. After 10 years of development and change, Shenyang Post and Communications Research Institute was formally established on May 5, 1979. There are three research institutes for mechanical design, electronic control design and microcomputer development in the research institute. There is also an information room, a trial workshop, a postal engineering branch subordinate to China Construction Corporation of Shenyang and a total of 64 engineering and technical personnel .
