采用职业流行病学调查方法对142名噪声作业女工班前、班后进行自身对照和75dB(A)以下同厂女工48名作对照调查,研究噪声对女工非听觉系统的影响,并测定了93名噪声作业女工全血胆碱酯酶活性。研究结果证实噪声对神经系统、脉搏、脑血流图、生殖系统和胆碱酯酶均有明显的影响。还提示有早衰症候者,接触强噪声后尤为严重。从而提出改善妇女劳动保护的重要性和迫切性。
Occupational epidemiological survey methods were used to survey 142 women workers with noises before work and after class and 48 women workers below 75dB (A) under the control of the same factory to study the effect of noise on the non-auditory system of women workers, and 93 Noise-induced female worker’s whole blood cholinesterase activity. The results confirm that noise has a significant effect on the nervous system, pulse, cerebral blood flow diagram, reproductive system and cholinesterase. Also suggested that premature senile symptoms were particularly serious after exposure to strong noise. Thus raising the importance and urgency of improving women’s labor protection.
