在乡贤文化教育中,我校已开创“乡贤特色章”教育之先河,并用争乡贤章的形式分年段开展“学乡贤”教育活动。笔者以十五年乡贤文化教育课题研究为基础,继续发展学贤争章评价体系研究。以此进一步深化乡贤文化教育这一学校特色,拓展乡贤文化传承广度,创新乡贤文化教育举措,并结合少年儿童养成教育,推出“践文明微行动、争乡贤美德卡、做滨江小新贤”学贤争卡,建立更彰显特色、更健全有效、更贴合学生、更具操作性的教育激励模式,进一步改革和创新学生养成教育的方法。
In Xiangxian Culture and Education, our school has set a precedent for the education of “Xiangxian characteristic chapter”, and carried out the education activities of “learning from Xiangxian” by means of the chapter of township Yinzhang. Based on the research of Xiangxian cultural and educational project for fifteen years, the author continues to develop the evaluation system of Xuexian controversy. In order to further deepen Xiangxian culture and education of this school characteristics, expand the breadth of Xiangxian culture, innovation Xiangxian culture and education initiatives, combined with the education of children and adolescents to launch Riverside Xiaoxian "Xuexian card, the establishment of a more prominent features, more sound and effective, more fit students, more operational education incentive model, and further reform and innovation of students to develop education methods.
