美国高中的修课计划因人而异,必修课采用弹性选修机制,采取分层开设与分类授课,以学分制和选修制为基本条件,以指导教师的个别指导和多样化评价标准作保障。美国的经验启示我们:要尊重学生的差异性,追求教育平等;赋予学生一定的课程选择权,促进学生自主发展;把握学分制的实质,建立指导教师制,提高教学管理效率。
The plans for American high schools vary from person to person. The compulsory elective courses adopt flexible elective mechanism, adopt stratified opening and class teaching, take credit system and elective system as the basic conditions, and instruct teachers with individual guidance and diversified evaluation criteria. The experience of the United States enlightens us: we should respect the differences of students and pursue the equality of education. We should give students a certain choice of curriculum to promote the independent development of students. We should grasp the essence of credit system and establish the system of instructor and improve the efficiency of teaching management.
