在当今激烈竞争的办学环境下,县级广播电视大学要想占稳脚跟,立于不败之地,并得到可持续发展,强化服务是关键。本文着重从强化服务意识、落实服务措施、建立服务机制三个方面,论述县级电大强化服务的必要性和紧迫性。从招生、教学、后勤管理三个角度研究探索了县级广播电视大学强化全程服务的必要性和有力措施,对于促进学校的发展必将起到积极的作用。
In today’s fiercely competitive environment for running schools, it is crucial for a county-level radio and television university to gain a firm foothold, remain invincible, and achieve sustainable development and service enhancement. This article focuses on three aspects of strengthening service awareness, implementing service measures and establishing service mechanism, and discusses the necessity and urgency of strengthening service at county level. From the perspectives of enrollment, teaching and logistics management, it explores the necessity and effective measures to strengthen the whole service of the county radio and television universities and plays an active role in promoting the development of the school.
