基于WinCC的重物滑台测控系统的一个重要任务为实验件水平速度的归档与显示。现阶段常用的减小归档周期的方法无法实现实验台水平速度的高速数据处理任务。利用WinCC具有的开放性特点,提出了一种新的减小归档周期的方法和相应的对高速归档数据进行实时显示的方法,同时对该设计方案进行了实验。理论分析和实验结果表明,上述新方案在实验台一定的硬件和软件基础上有效弥补了WinC C的不足,较好满足了实验要求。
An important task of the weight monitoring and control system based on WinCC is to archive and display the horizontal velocity of the experiment piece. The commonly used methods to reduce the archiving cycle at this stage can not achieve high-speed data processing tasks at the horizontal speed of the test bed. Based on the openness characteristic of WinCC, a new method to reduce the archiving cycle and the corresponding method to display real-time high-speed archiving data are proposed. At the same time, the design scheme is tested. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the above new scheme can make up for the shortcomings of WinC C on the basis of the hardware and software of the experimental bench, which better meets the experimental requirements.
