“5·12汶川大地震”重创灾区中小学校舍,学校教室倒塌或成为危险建筑,目前大多数学校只能在简易板房教室上课,对于维持学校整体教学活动,造成莫大冲击与影响。面临重建过渡期间,设施简陋,资源缺乏,体育教师如何制定计划、开展课堂教学和课外活动,是学校体育教育重建的当务之急,亦是刻不容缓的重大课题。四川省教育厅发布的《灾区复课学校教育教学工作指导意见》和《灾区集中安置复课学校暑期活动指导意见》的通知中提出,坚持“以人为本、因地制宜、分类指导、逐步恢复”的指导思想,努力使灾区学生步入到正常的学习生活中。灾区最重要的是复课与学生心理复建,体育教学有助于学生压力与焦虑的消除及重建自信心;针对灾区学生的特殊需求,特别要加强心理健康教育、安全教育、卫生防疫教育、自救防护教育、励志教育等;组织各种文化活动、娱乐活动和体育活动,通过文艺表演、体育比赛、游戏、兴趣活动等,激发灾区学生的生活激情和斗志,重拾快乐,使他们具有积极、乐观、向上的生活态度和精神面貌。本文作者为江苏省赴四川绵竹支教体育教师,针对地震灾区的教学现状,以从事体育教学工作20多年的经历——试谈地震受灾学校如何实施体育教学。

The most important thing in disaster-stricken areas is resumption of classes and psychological rehabilitation of students. Physical education helps to eliminate and rebuild students’ stress and anxiety. In response to the special needs of students in disaster areas, mental health education, safety education, health and epidemic prevention education, self-help Protection education, inspirational education, etc. Organize various cultural activities, recreational activities and sports activities and stimulate the passion and morale of students in disaster-stricken areas through artistic performances, sports competitions, games and interest activities, so that they may regain their happiness and make them have a positive, Optimistic, progressive attitude toward life and mental outlook. The author is a physical education teacher in Mianzhu County, Sichuan Province, Jiangsu Province. In response to the current teaching situation in earthquake - hit areas and his 20 years’ experience in physical education teaching, this paper discusses how to implement physical education teaching in earthquake affected schools.
