患者男性,45岁,司机,因头晕、心慌、乏力4年,加重伴发热、骨痛1月于1990年5月24日入院。体检:T37.6℃,中度贫血貌,皮肤见散在出血点,颈部可触及数个蚕豆大淋巴结,胸骨压痛(),左下肺可闻及少量湿罗音,肝肋下3.5cm,脾肋下1.5cm,第4及第5腰椎棘突压痛(+)。实验室检查:Hb61g/L,BPC50×10~9/L,WBC43×10~9/L。骨髓象:增生极度活跃,以原始细胞
