11月5号上午,中国科学技术发展战略研究院浙江分院成立大会在之江饭店举行,全国政协副主席、科技部部长兼中国科学技术发展战略研究院院长万钢亲临会议并为浙江分院成立授牌。副省长毛光烈、省政协副主席徐辉、国家科技发展战略研究院常务副院长王元等领导出席了成立大会,来自国家科技部、国家战略院,兄弟省市科委、战略研究、情报所的领导与专家120多人参加了成立大会。党中央、国务院高度重视战略研究工作,中共中央政治局委员、国务委员刘延东在考察国家战略院时指出,科技发展战略研究水平直接决定着科技发展的视野、布局,也决定了创新型国家建设的成效,科技发展战略研究要成为科技发展的智库,成为党和国家决策的重要支撑平台。
