目的探讨超声引导下实性肿瘤穿刺活检的临床价值,分析应用方法。方法收集100例实性肿瘤患者资料进行病理结果分析,按照病理检测方法分为两组,观察组患者利用超声引导下穿刺活检技术进行病理研究,对照组患者采用传统活检技术进行病理研究,比较两组患者病理诊断的检出率。结果观察组患者的病理组织采集成功率明显较高(P<0.05),且观察组患者的病理检出准确性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下实性肿瘤穿刺活检技术是一种安全、方便的诊断技术,对于实性肿瘤的病理诊断检出率较高,且具有一定准确性。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided solid tumor biopsy and analyze its application. Methods The data of 100 patients with solid tumors were collected for pathological analysis and divided into two groups according to the pathological examination methods. The patients in the observation group were examined by biopsy-guided biopsy under the guidance of ultrasound. The patients in the control group were examined by conventional biopsy technique. Results The success rate of pathological tissue collection in observation group was significantly higher (P <0.05), and the accuracy of pathological detection in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided solid tumor biopsy is a safe and convenient diagnostic technique. The detection rate of solid tumor is high and has certain accuracy.
