硅酸铝耐火纤维是一种新型耐火保温材料。具有重量轻、比热小、导热率低的特点,在新设计热处理电阻炉上采用硅酸铝耐火纤维作炉衬用以代替传统的耐火砖砌料,炉墙厚度可减薄57%,筑炉材料节约30%,并可以降低安装功率27%,空炉升温时间减少36%,全年节电3万度以上。文中简述了自行设计制造的75瓩全耐火纤维台车式电阻炉的结构,并就新炉材的经济性及存在的问题进行了讨论。
Aluminosilicate refractory fiber is a new type of refractory insulation material. With the characteristics of light weight, small specific heat and low thermal conductivity, aluminum silicate refractory fiber is used as lining in the newly designed heat-treatment resistance furnace to replace the traditional refractory bricks. The wall thickness can be reduced by 57% Material savings of 30%, and can reduce the installation power of 27%, empty furnace heating time reduced by 36%, saving more than 30,000 degrees throughout the year. In this paper, the structure of self-designed and manufactured 75 瓩 full refractory fiber truck resistance furnace is briefly introduced, and the economy and existing problems of the new furnace are discussed.
