地膜复盖栽培技术是一项增产幅度大,经济效益较高的新技术,适用于多种农作物,是农牧渔业部确定扩大推广的重点项目之一。近几年,我省经过试验、示范,已取得了很好的效果。这篇考察报告,总结了棉花地膜复盖栽培技术的初步经验,提出了今后扩大试验示范的设想与建议,值得各地参考。按照党的十二大精神,努力开创农业全面发展的新局面,就要坚持“靠政策,靠科学”,要在农业科学技术上有新的发展和新的突破。对待地膜复盖栽培这项新技术,我们一定要采取积极的态度,各方支持,努力实践,使之较快地在全省普及、推广。
Film mulching cultivation technology is a new technology with large yield increase and high economic efficiency, which is suitable for many kinds of crops. It is one of the key projects that the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fishery determines to expand and popularize. In recent years, our province has achieved good results after experiments and demonstrations. This inspection report summarizes the preliminary experience of cotton film mulching cultivation techniques and puts forward the ideas and suggestions for expanding experimental demonstration in the future and deserves references all over the place. According to the spirit of the 12th CPC National Congress, and strive to create a new situation of all-round agricultural development, we must uphold “rely on science and technology and rely on science,” and make new developments and new breakthroughs in agricultural science and technology. We must take a positive attitude towards the new technology of film mulching and cultivation and all parties support and work hard to make it popularized and popularized in the whole province faster.
