目的观察复方丁香开胃贴联合思密达对婴幼儿阿奇霉素胃肠道副反应的防治效果。方法将首次静滴阿奇霉素过程中出现胃肠道反应的80例患儿随机分为实验组(40例)和对照组(40例),静脉滴注前30min给予口服思密达,实验组同时加用复方丁香开胃贴贴脐,观察两组症状改善情况,进行比较分析。结果实验组胃肠道反应总发生率为42.5%,对照组为80%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方丁香开胃贴联合蒙脱石散在降低阿奇霉素胃肠道反应发生率方面有协同作用。
Objective To observe the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal side effects of azithromycin in infant and young children with compound cloves and appetizers combined with Smecta. Methods Eighty patients with gastrointestinal reaction during the first intravenous azithromycin infusion were randomly divided into experimental group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). Oral Smectite was given 30 minutes before intravenous drip. At the same time, experimental group Cloves with compound clove paste appetizer, observe the two groups to improve the situation, for comparative analysis. Results The total incidence of gastrointestinal reactions was 42.5% in the experimental group and 80% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The synergistic effect of compound clove syrup combined with montmorillonite powder in reducing the incidence of azithromycin in gastrointestinal tract is synergistic.
