目的考察缬沙坦联合氨氯地平对冠心病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法冠心病合并高血压患者160例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组患者给予硝苯地平控释片,观察组患者给予缬沙坦联合氨氯地平,统计分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为95.83%,对照组总有效率75.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗冠心病合并高血压患者的临床疗效好,可明显的改善患者生活不便性,具有较高的安全性,可广泛的应用于临床。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine on coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension. Methods 160 cases of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 80 cases each. Patients in the control group were given nifedipine controlled release tablets, and patients in the observation group were given valsartan combined with amlodipine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 95.83% in the observation group and 75.00% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension has good clinical curative effect, which can obviously improve the patients’ life inconvenience, has higher safety and can be widely used in clinic.
