目的:探讨临床上采用自动乳腺全容积成像技术在乳腺导管原位癌定性诊断中的研究应用。方法:选取博罗人民医院2016年1月至2017年1月怀疑为恶性非肿块型的乳腺病患者100例,分别进行自动乳腺全容积成像检查和常规超声检查,两种检查方法诊断的检出率与病理检查结果进行对比。结果:自动乳腺全容积成像检查诊断乳腺导管原位癌的敏感性、准确性为92.1%、89.0%高于常规超声检查60.5%、68.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自动乳腺全容积成像技术在在乳腺导管原位癌的定性诊断中有重要的价值,敏感性、准确性较高。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of automatic breast total volume imaging in the diagnosis of ductal carcinoma in situ. Methods: One hundred patients suspected to be malignant non-mass breast disease from January 2016 to January 2017 in Boluo People’s Hospital were enrolled in this study. They were examined by automatic total volume imaging and conventional ultrasound respectively. Rate and pathological examination results were compared. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of automatic breast total volume imaging in the diagnosis of ductal carcinoma in situ was 92.1%, 89.0% higher than that of 60.5% and 68.0% respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Automatic breast total volume imaging is of great value in the qualitative diagnosis of ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast, with high sensitivity and accuracy.
