濮阳市已有18年无白喉发病。了解无自然白喉感染情况下的人群免疫状态,对巩固预防白喉的成果有重要参考价值。我们于1995～1996年对濮阳市不同地区、不同年龄组人群进行了白喉免疫状态调查,现将调查结果总结如下。 1 材料与方法 选择不同地区,不同年龄组健康人群,采用锡克氏试验做皮试,锡克氏试验使用的精制白喉毒素为长春生物制品研究所生产,批号95001,效期1996年4月
Puyang City has 18 years without diphtheria disease. Understanding the immune status of people without natural diphtheria infection has important reference value for consolidating the results of preventing diphtheria. We conducted a survey of the immune status of diphtheria in different age groups in Puyang from 1995 to 1996.
