With the introduction and implementation of the“belt and road initiative”, cultural exchanges between the East and the West are becoming more frequent. Due to different cultural backgrounds, different countries have different forms of etiquette. This paper mainly discusses the different forms and causes of etiquette culture in China and the West, aiming at promoting cultural exchange and integration between different countries and regions, and helping foreign language learners to learn English better.
