随着新型永磁材料的出现和其性能的不断改进、提高,国内外都在研制稀土永磁高速同步电机,永磁高速电机的转子结构形式以套环式转子较好。为了保证套环式转子能可靠运行,必须合理选择套环的厚度和过盈量以保证转子机械强度。本文利用弹性平面问题有限元法,推导了套环式转子的过盈装配应力和旋转应力的计算公式,并简要地介绍了在TQ—16电子计算机上计算3千瓦,20000转/分稀土永磁高速同步电机转子机械强度的结果。
With the advent of new permanent magnetic materials and continuous improvement of their performances, both rare and permanent magnet high-speed synchronous motors are being developed at home and abroad. The rotor structure of permanent magnet high-speed motors is preferably a ring-type rotor. In order to ensure the reliable operation of the ring-type rotor, the thickness and the interference of the ring must be selected reasonably to ensure the mechanical strength of the rotor. In this paper, by using the finite element method of elastic plane problem, the formulas of the interference fit stress and the rotation stress of the toroidal rotor are deduced. The calculation formulas of 3 kW, 20000 r / min rare earth permanent magnet on TQ-16 computer are briefly introduced. High-speed synchronous motor rotor mechanical strength results.
