[目的]研究MACC1蛋白与c-Met蛋白在大肠癌组织中表达的意义。[方法]采用Western-Blot方法检测大肠癌组织(包括28例无肝转移和12例已发生肝转移的大肠癌组织)、癌旁正常大肠组织中MACC1与c-Met蛋白的半定量表达水平。[结果]MACC1与c-Met蛋白在大肠癌组织中的相对灰度值显著高于癌旁正常大肠组织(P<0.05);大肠癌肝转移者中2种蛋白的相对灰度值均高于大肠癌无肝转移者(P<0.01);MACC1与c-Met蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达呈正相关性(r=0.713,P<0.01)。[结论]MACC1与c-Met参与了大肠癌的发生、发展并在其肝转移中起着重要的作用。
[Objective] To study the expression of MACC1 protein and c-Met protein in colorectal cancer. [Methods] The semi-quantitative expression levels of MACC1 and c-Met protein in colorectal cancer tissues (including 28 cases of non-liver metastasis and 12 cases of liver metastasis of colorectal carcinoma) and adjacent normal tissues were detected by Western-Blot. [Results] The relative gray value of MACC1 and c-Met protein in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal colorectal tissues (P <0.05). The relative gray value of two proteins in colorectal cancer with liver metastasis were higher than The expression of MACC1 and c-Met protein in colorectal carcinoma was positively correlated (r = 0.713, P <0.01). [Conclusion] MACC1 and c-Met are involved in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer and play an important role in liver metastasis.
